Meet our founder

“I started in a life insurance company in Germany, then moved to the world’s largest reinsurer during my master’s — where I saw the scale and complexity of global risk management up close.

Later, I helped build the Risk & Analytics team at a global insurance brokerage from scratch in the DACH region. At the same time, I pursued PhD-level research in financial mathematics at TU Munich, focused on AI in insurance.”
