Second AI notetaker hit with BIPA class action

Following the Otter.ai suit, a class action filed in Illinois in December 2025 accuses AI notetaker Fireflies.ai of collecting participants' voiceprints without consent, in violation of the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).
